These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of www.traveg.co.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.traveg.co if you do not agree to take all the terms and conditions stated on this page:

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The Arab Republic of Egypt is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
• Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in enter the US Dollar, Euro and Egyptian Pound.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
• The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Package Conditions:

• Packages are subject to availability at the time of placing your request.
• Prices are quoted as per person in US dollars.
• Coralon reserves the right to change the rate to offset any incidental increase in taxes or currency exchange rates.
• Packages exclude any other expenses which are not mentioned on ‘Price Includes’ section of the package.
• Packages exclude all personal consumption items (room service, mini-bar, laundry, telephone calls…etc).
• Optional Tours listed prices are based on group departures, however individual requests can be arranged upon request, at different rates.

Payment Conditions:

• 40% from total amount to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation & No Show:

• Cancellations depend on each package. Upon requesting, a representative will inform you of cancellation & No Show fees.

Excursion Conditions:

• Prices are quoted as per person in US dollars.
• Coralon reserves the right to change the rate to offset any incidental increase in taxes or currency exchange rates.
• Excursions exclude any other expenses which are not mentioned in the overview section of the excursion.

Payment Conditions:

• 100% from total amount to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation & No Show:

• Cancellations depend on each excursion. Upon requesting, a representative will inform you of cancellation & No Show fees.

Feedback and Complaints:

• General complaints –if any– need to be delivered no later than 7 working days following your return date.
• Complaints relating to the undesired level of services provided at the destination must be done on the spot.
